Maintenence emergencies are treated as minor and not taken care of for 2-3 weeks, or until you've called so much that they finally get sick of hearing you call, then take care of it. Have an emergency maintenence line/pager if there is an emergency occurring. Even if you're life is in danger---they don't respond then blame their pager service was not working properly, until caught in that lie then and only then do they apologize. The water/sewer system needs major updates. Sometimes the water coming out of the faucet will be black, or the water will be cut off without your knowing--even if you're in the shower. They do not keep accurate records---and will try to bill you for things even after it has been set in stone with the manager that you don't. These people do not take care of their residents and do not manage their business as they should. I would never recommend anyone after my experience, to live in Breckenridge Square Apartments. The lack of respect or care has seriously blown my mind.
