	Kingswood 7805 Oxted Ln Louisville,  Ky 40222 502-425-7404 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  2.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  East End Slum Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/9/05      Rate This Apartment     If you want the bathwater from upstairs to come up into your bathroom drain...and it take the management to take 2 weeks to fix it, this place is for you.When the water heater from upstairs floods your apartment, and managements response is to let you use their fan to dry the carpet (and take it back after 2 days)...this place is for you.I should have known better when I was shown one apartment, and as soon as the lease was signed they pointed out that my apartment was actually another one, that something was wrong with this place. The only thing that could improve this place is to have it torn down and have some nice aprtments built on the site.It's a good location, but Roth Realty has got to be the worst landlord in Louisville. Once I moved out, I realized I could do a lot better...so can you.
