| This review is for the property on 2111 Eastern Parkway. The place is not maintained properly (looks like Mayan ruins), residents are not informed of assigned parking spots, basement storage broken into and several goods stolen, laundry rooms in very horrible conditions, did not bother to handle complaints about some residents playing loud music till 6-7 in the morning, overall maintenance staff is courteous and helpful but are not able to fix things because of company policy not to put new fixtures. Living here for nearly 4 years, as the location is in a good neighborhood and been too lazy to find another place. Also heard stories that they do not return your deposit regardless of what condition you leave the apartment in. |
