Okay, question, what do you mean by low-rent tenants? If they mean people that can't afford anything better on the east-end, but still want to be close to their work, or college kids who still would like to be close to their school, and oh yeah, why are you here? Also there were complaints about noise also. YOU LIVE NEXT TO HURSTBOURNE LN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU EXCEPECT?? That is like living next to the Watterson, or 65 or the airport and complaining about noise. You want a sound proof residence; buy a home, since you obviously are not a low rent tenant. I love Plainview and will probably stay here until I can buy a home.
