I will try to quickly run over some of the large problems I had, but there's no way I wil have enough time and patience to list them all.1. Was supposed to move in Dec. 19th. Got a u-Haul and everything. Dec. 18th they called and said my apartment wouldn't be ready until next week. The leasing girl was an awful b*t*h - after I threw a fit about it, at first she said I could move in on Sunday Dec. 21st, gave me her cell phone number to call and said I will personally come out and let you into your new apartment after noon even though we're closed at noon on Sundays. I get up there on Dec. 21st after 12:00 and the girl was a mean mean B*t*h when I asked her to come out and let me in like we had discussed. Got her to do it but it was a struggle.2. Got there, they wrote up my lease for the wrong term amount and I had to have them rewrite it. Then I moved in- was supposed to have an apartment with an individual entrance, recieved one with entrance inside a building.3. When I moved in, I counted 21 maintenance problems that needed to be fixed, including huge paint drips and tears (think HOLES) in my carpet, broken glass from a shattered light fixture on the back porch which went nicely with the missing gate on the back porch, and a front door that wouldn't shut - not even close. Took me a week to get the key to my mailbox. Took me two months to get all the problems fixed. They have a | | | | |
