	The Oxford Apartments 5600 Big Ben Dr. Louisville,  Ky 40291 502-449-1114 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  3.0 Parking:  3.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  Not Worth The Money Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  7/21/03      Rate This Apartment     My husband and I have lived here for one long year.I would not recommend this property.We have old stained carpet.The last time wallpaper was put up was in the 1970's...it's red. blue, and green stripes in our kithchen.With poo colored cabinets.We have a huge crack in the wall in our maste br. and the bottom part of the door in the main bath is CUT OFF???We had a dead squirel inside our wall, and it didn't get taken out until one week after we reported it... it was alive at the time we reported it to the staff.All this and much more in just one year at the Oxford.I feel we pay to much, for the apartment...It is not worth the money
