Reviewer:  Altc   Review Date:  7/11/04      Rate This Apartment     If you are even considering this complex, please be extremely guarded!!!!They promised my apartment on June 4th however it was not available until June 10th...then when I went to view the apartment it was dirty...the carpet had stains...the vinyl had cuts in it...the blinds were dusty and dirty...and the washer and dryer still had lint and debris in it from the prior tenants, and when I tried to rectify the situation the manager was not available..and would not answer my calls...so I turned back in the keys and was fortunate enough to remain at the complex where I was residing.I am still trying to get my deposit back...and worse yet their 14 day guarantee does not apply...the manager was never there for me to fill out the paperwork...so they are trying to charge me over $3K ...although I never even moved in due to the condition of the apartment...they have the most unprofessional staff!!!I cannot warn you enough to STAY AWAY!
