Apartment Review for Amherst Place Apartments - Louisville, KY

About a year after I moved in I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling and wet spots as well, I contacted management and they sent someone out, but nothing was fixed. It took me going to the Dr because I ended up sick all the time, finding out I was allergic to mold and then calling management again and telling that it had to be fixed and that needed to cut out the ceiling in order for it to be fixed and they did after about 6 months. Then about a year or two later I had water leaks in my apartment. I called management again and again it leaked. Not only once but it is still leaking to this day when it rains hard. I am looking to move, but it is hard because for me to because it is difficult to find an apartment that I can afford in an area that I would feel safe in. I don't suggest for anyone to move into these apartments, the price may be good, but you will have more frustrations than it is worth.
