Apartment Review for Autumn Run Apartments - Louisville, KY

I love my apartment,hate the staff running it. They take forever to fix anything. IT took 9 months to fix a leak and hole in my ceiling. Water leaks happen all the time!! There was a mold growth in one of the buildings. Made the whole building sick. The manager Jodi is awful!! She is always on her cell phone with non-business matters or on the internet. She doesn't care. When a tennant walks out she tells the person standing there negative things. She changes the subject when you complain or wastes your time. She told one tennant to go copy her check if she wanted a reciept. The pool didn't open this year we have yet to figure out why. Every time one asks the office, one would get a different answer. The trash in the hallways is awful! The cleaning lady is always smoking in the hallways and adding to the trash. I would recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Shannon the district manager acts like she cares, but she is all ego. If she cared she would fire all of the staff except the one maintenance man who tries. They are awful! Hank the maintnance man bursts into apartments without knocking and leaves the door unlocked-twice. We have been through 7 leasing agents in the 11 months I have been here. The latest one told me that I would have to wait to pay my rent she was leaving it was 5:00. She was outside smoking. Again if they would clean up the staff and get someone who cares the apartments are great. nice size.
