Apartment Review for Autumn Run Apartments - Louisville, KY

The Manager at Autumn Run, Jodie, is the most unprofessional woman that anyone wants to meet. She is ghetto with a very country unprofessional attitude. She doesnt care about the tenats. They never fix anything. My apartment had 15 violations according to Jefferson County Housing Inspectors. I was allowed to break my lease as a result of them still refusing to fix anything after being citated with a deadline date. There were electrical issues. The grounds were nasty and filthy. The hallways smelled of urine. I wrote a letter advising that I would not pay rent until all of my repairs, which were hazardous were repaired. There were water leaks, fire shooting out of the sockets, holes never repaired from move in, gun shots all the time, and major drug deals--- I followed the tenant land lord act to break the lease, I had no attorney, as I represented myself. I was at court, the lawyer for Autumn Run was at court, JODIE was a no show and I won with the evidence I had. To add insult to injury they have now hired a collection agency in attempt to force me to pay for rent. Guess, I will see you in court again, and this time, I hope you show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY MOVING IN THIS RAT, infested complex. There were flees, rats, and roaches in these units. There was also fecal matter left in the hallway for one week without being cleaned. They do not even have a professional cleaning staff. Management employs their relatives to clean for free but wishes to charge residents for cleaning. Residents are also charged for a swimming pool which is never opened or cleaned. Autumn Run should be called HELL RUN.. before you rent this nasty, filthy complex with ignorant, rude, management, you should just move down town in the real projects because these apartments are worst than those.. trust me... Now, that's what's up...
