Apartment Review for Autumn Run Apartments - Louisville, KY

I had the unfortunate experience of being stuck in Autumn Run for multiple years and I have YET to meet a person who was happy and/or content with any of the staff or the living conditions. Calling the staff unprofessional is an absolute understatement in my opinion - they are rude, crass, hateful and just plain condescending. We spent literally over a year or more trying to get things fixed in our apartment to no avail. Being our first apartment we were naive and were shown a beautiful apartment but a few weeks later were given a POS to move into being told work would be continued on it. It would be interesting to have more residents to find this site and have them comment - then maybe the city would pay attention to the slumlords that run that place.
