Apartment Review for Autumn Run Apartments - Louisville, KY

Bait & Switch, we did get new carpet etc. but it took writing corporate (very difficult to find address) WITH photos to get anything done. Black mold everywhere!! I mean the real thing that should be burned to the ground and never built on again!! in Nov. 05 there were 2 all but condemned buildings on the property. ALWAYS promises NEVER results without months of issues. Always paid rent on time never withheld for repairs (not-totally legal in KY anyway). Did stay 2.5 years, Jodi when she was there was all talk and totally useless, she did paint the Tennis court fencing (dh) and that was great because the courts were useless and in ill repair themselves. (a good sweeping would have helped) the pool for what it is... seen jacuzzi's as big) was closed 03 & 05 open in 04 I think. Jodi didn't turn in our paperwork before she left for termination of our mo-mo and cost us $750 deposit--Had moved out of state not able to fight it. I deeply regret not having the energy to go to the press with all their violations. But a simple phone call to the Health Dept really helps & the fire dept. which they have many chronic violations of each. Louisville Tenants Association will help a bit too they really have had issues with Autumn Run over the years. Good Luck to anyone with active complaints. It could be a really nice place to live - At this point if they tore it down and started over. The rest of you, there are better run places than this! So don't even waste your time.
