Apartment Review for Autumn Run Apartments - Louisville, KY

well,to start with my family and i moved in to a totaly different apt than they showed us..the unit needed alot of work..my 10 yr old paints better than they do..stayed all winter with no furnace,now that its summer we have little air..you can't get them to fix any thing..our garbage disposal went unfixed for a month..have had the fire department her on three occasions,due to the wiring..have called the health department and has not been any help,along with the bbb..they refuse to answer their letters..this is an awful place for anyone to have to live..my daughter and i have asmtha,and i have enphzema..my daughter has already been to the hospital due to the heat,and we still have no air..they don't care as long as they get their rent..what is this rubs..they don't send a bill and want you to pay what they tell you with no bill..i don't think so..manybe if your stupid..then they say if you don't pay the rubs without a bill they will evict you..take my words to heart find somewhere else..because this place should be tore down or burned to the ground..there is also mold around the furnace and when the people down stairs dry clothes it comes up in to my apt...think twice before you rent from here,because you will live to regret it...
