Apartment Review for Blue Lick Apts/Care Of Ky - Louisville, KY

Too small bedrooms,livingroom,kitchen and toliets. Everything is compact in this place, the toliets are made for folks in China. Forget trying to put a whole bedroom suite in your bedroom, one piece and a bed will fit only. The kids are horrible, parents don't supervise, they rollerskate on stairs and in their apts. Running overhead, throw basketballs on side of the building next to your door and in the breezeways, gum, trash, oil, grease, you name it is all on the vinyle siding and the doors,and sidewalk, its too embarrassing to invite anyone over. The manager has to contend with Care of Kentucky who took over buying this section of apartments, so everything must go to them but they don't hesitate to call you up on something like if they think you are late on rent. Yet they take maintenance orders, you don't get any done. It takes over 4 months or more to get a M/O done. Care of Kentucky has several properties renting real cheap especially two, three bedroom townhomes that rather nice, no carpet, but large bedrooms, with 1 &1/2 baths but still take too long to do maintenance orders. You have to fill out tons of paper work to get into their property and its income has some quidelines to go by rent is usually anywhere $525.00-$575.00 amonth. Last but not least, They have a Ant problem in all their properties from what I have heard from other tenants besides my own.
