Property is not child friendly and does not have clubhouse, playground or pool. Following year, my rent went up tremendously (+30) due to the apartment prices in our market. The apartment complexes that are in comparison have amenities, so how is that fair? When PMR was managing they had very high stipulations in getting into an apartment. Nowadays those standards have been lowered.  Need to rent an apartment?
