Apartment Review for Brookside Apartments - Louisville, KY

No one tells you when you move in that the units DO NOT have their own water heaters. The building are on a boiler system. Which means a nice relaxing shower can quicly turn to a nice scalding hot first degree burn, or ice cold with out warning. The type of people moving or not the most favorable people. The noise level from loud music has icreased. And with in the last year alone five different managers have been there. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up, and I suggest you don't even bother to sign a lease here.
