The management at Cedar Springs is a joke. Their only concern is that they receive the rent check on time. If you're dealing with violent neighbors, and the use of drugs in your building- the manager could care less. The maintenance is a botch job, just do enough until it falls apart again. Don't expect to get your security deposit back either. They will come up with an asinine reason why it was kept in addition to charging you additional fees. The crime level at Cedar Springs has gotten increasingly worse. It was not unusual to receive letters from management making you aware of yet another break-in, or another attack on a resident. Don't give these crooks a dime of your money, look elsewhere & find a better community for yourself.
