Apartment Review for Care Of Kentucky - Louisville, KY

The company has several properties in louisville, and they varies from apt to apt, but they have one thing in common, Maintenance,(what is it good for? Absolutely nothing. They are immune to it) They can't keep tenants in their properties because of no maintenance work being done. It takes 6 months or more to get work done. They have townhomes in several areas with low income people who don't care to keep it beautiful, rooms are large in the townhomes, just no carpet or some of the apts complexes in the West End, Shively, Prp, Hillview/Preston area and they have taken over some other previous apts especially Blue Lick Apts which has to have the smallest damn rooms I've ever seen in an apartment. You can't even put 3 pieces of furniture in your bedrooms. God forbids if you have a Kingsize bed, the breezeway is littered with dirt, old gum, paper, kids who stomp all day and most of the night over your head. Did I mention they have Ants, its a problem in every one of their apartments, I moved from one of their townhomes to a flat apartment and damn if the Ants weren't everywhere, even eating my cat's food. They won't have anyone come and fumgate the apartments either. The Vinyle siding is horrendous with slurge on it, there are all kinds of torn mini-blinds. They want your money, but they don't keep maintenance people to keep up with the work load yet keep buying properties they can't maintance. Keep looking
