Apartment Review for Champion Farms - Louisville, KY

I have lived here for a few years. Early on things were great, but management turn over is unbelievable. A new one each year it seems. I have had water damage to my walls and carpet for more than 3 years and still it isn't fixed. Supposedly they just found out some of their water meters were installed improperly when the water bills were too low. I was told mine was so low it was like no one lived here. I am one person, but they want me to pay an average based on the community usage not my own. Really, after 5 years you just find out the water meters are not properly reading...come on, people. I have fought tooth and nail. I have had mold in my ceiling from water damage and they try to avoid liability in a clause in the lease. I hear my neighbors have sex. There are no firewalls installed. Insulation is minimal. I can put my hand to the base of my wall in the winter and feel the cold air. They just slapped these things together without any concern for their tenants. The only concern was the almighty dollar. Unfortunately it still is. It gets worse every year. I have never had so many problems as i have this year.
