Apartment Review for Champion Farms - Louisville, KY

The apartment leaks!! The maintenance is terrible; there is always an excuse whether it is from management or the crew themselves. I wonder if anyone truly cares. The biggest problem to the smallest problem takes numerous requests. Trash and litter are always all over the grounds and parking lots. And I hope you like junked cars consuming spaces. The leasing agent is clueless. What will it take to correct.... a new property manager, a new maintenance supervisor, a visit from Buckingham or a visit from a Renters' Rights Advocate?
