Apartment Review for Champion Farms - Louisville, KY

We have just moved out, thank goodness! The complex looks like a ghetto. It is trashy with trash/cigarettes, junked cars, tires, dog feces and junkie balcony/patios. Some use afghans or blankets as curtains. It has been over six months since the Ike windstorm. The management has never replaced the roof. They clubhouse, fitness center and business center is adorned with signs that you are being watched. Find or resolve the problem, put it in the tenant's file or evict. It is a matter of follow-up! Mainternance is lazy!!!!!!!!!! Be wise.
