Apartment Review for Champion Farms - Louisville, KY

This place is the pits, for the money they charge you basically get nothing extra. The maintenance is a JOKE, The management doesn't care at all. There has been MOLD Issues, Leaky pipes because this place wasn't built right to begin with and the owning company doesn't want to do anything or answer complaints. Safety wise, it's ok, Except again for a maintenance worker (Female) who likes to come speeding through the parking lot in her pickup. Noise Level,, UUGGHHH!!! You can hear people next to you, and especially above. Noisy pipes, Noisy as hell stairways and hallways. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
