Apartment Review for Charlestown At Douglass Hills - Louisville, KY

This is a horrible place...The apartments are horrible and they do not maintain them. They are old and outdated and they cost way too much for what you get. We had several problems that happened while we only lived there for 3 mts. We had a leak that took them a month to fix and had to live with a big hole in the wall, mold that grew on the walls, back door broke, sink always stopped up, air cond. broke, trash was threw everywhere and flies surrounded the doors, the electrical outlets sparked, you never know what your rent is going to be until a few days before it is due. They add way to much stuff in there and if you are late they double charge you and pocket the money they did me like that. She made changes in the book so her boss did not find out. Place is horrible and I would not live there again if I had too.
