Apartment Review for Chateau Royale - Louisville, KY

The apartments are good for the amount you pay. The maintenance needs some work, they are not very prompt. So far no bugs or anything in that sorts. The property itself is old and in need of some repairs but the overall appearance is not bad. The area needs some work but the immediate surrondings are not bad. Close to interstae and a main shopping area. The manager has been there for several yrs. she has a good grip on the community but needs to screen some tenants better than she does . Overall I would reccomend this property to anyone.
