Move with confidence in that you will get privacy and a little peace and quite, except for the neighbors above you (if you get a first floor unit). Very quite neighborhood and clean. Landlord stays out of your way, as long as you pay the rent (big plus). Dont come here with pets, it's really not set up for those.  Need to rent an apartment?
