Apartment Review for Country Place Apartments - Louisville, KY

I am going to be completely honest about my experience living here.I have lived here for 8 months and it really wasnt all that bad.The office staff are really nice and they will work with you on your rent if you think you might be a little late,maintanance is usually pretty good about fixing your problem.I had one problem with the guy upstairs,his washer overflowed and it flooded my apt and the carpet people had to come and clean it.I had to run fans the hole weekend when I had family in town and I had to work 3rd shift that weekend so that was a inconvience,they could have paid for a room or something and then the carpet people came back got the fans and that was it and you can still smell a lil mildew.But my main complaint is with the kids here.Most of the kids here are about the same age(pre-teens).So of course kids of that ages wont get along.Then when the kids get to arguing or fughting some of the kids go home and tell their parents and the parents think the right thing to do is go tell the office not to come talk to the other parent.I wasnt the type to do that everytime my kids feelings were hurt.You know some parents only hear their childs side of the story and think that their kid never did anything wrong.These parents also know that if they complain enough on a person that they will get evicted and the kids would even tell other kids"my mom said she went and complained on you so that you will have to move".The parents or the office staff dont run these apts the kids here do.The kids here know more around here than the parents.If I wanted to know something on someone the only thing I had to do was ask my kids.After these kids would argue they were friends again days later.Their are some kids here that would cuss out adults and write nasty stuff about people on the picnic tables,set stuff on fire and if your kids were outside that day they will blame whoever was out there and you know kids put the blame off on each other for them not to get in trouble and then their goes that same parent that thinks their kid didnt do it running to the office telling on your kid again and then your homeless.How come I am the only one getting evicted???
