Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

I've had two people live below me, both have been extremely loud. The one living under me currently has blared his bass until 2am too many times for me to count. The other people on my block have recently taken up comparing their car's bass on maximum volume. I was at work, so my wife (VERY pregnant, mind you) went outside and told them to turn it off. The response she got was, "S'up, bi***." That's just par for the course here. At approximately 11:13pm every night, one guy drives by, revving his engine or mufflerless car. At 3am, people drive by listening to their car music at full volume. When I first moved in, my refrigerator didn't work. I went to the office to let them know about it. Someone came out and worked on it, but it wasn't fixed. So I went to the office again. For a week and a half, nobody came, so I went back. Still nobody came. THIS WENT ON FOR THREE MONTHS. Holy Moses, people. Stay away from here.
