Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

I have lived here for 3 yrs now and this is quickly becoming the WORST year. The apt, location,maintence are good, but they are moving in the worst ghetto trash they can find. I thought they did background checks as well as credit checks but I guess not. Gang members run in groups loud music outside, hanging out in the stairwells all day and night, and drug use in laundry rooms just to mention a few. I notified police of crimes and you know its bad when they tell you they spend alot of time in your complex not to mention an embarrassment. All I had to do was give the lady at police headquaters the complex name and she told me the buliding and apt unit they were in. Seems like evictions would be easy for tenants of that nature but who knows. The office staff are aware of these problems but nothing has happened yet. If you want a place to call home dont check out Creekside, I wish I hadnt.
