I havent had a problem with this complex. I have lived here a little over a year. When my dishwasher broke i called the office and within 3 hours they were over fixing it. When I had a problem with noise the problem was handled and then the people were evicted. The office staff knows me by name even though I only see them when I drop off my check. I give it a thumbs up.  Need to rent an apartment?
