Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

when we first moved in, things seemed alright. minor inconviences we could deal with. As time went on we had more and more problems, the roofs that they just fixed leak, the air condition units leak condensation into the apt., the hall reeks of drugs, the parking is awful (had vandalism happen to my car and the spots are too small, I have a dozen dings in my doors). This is just the small stuff. The mainentance staff is a bunch of kids and very inexperienced. The office staff is not very helpful when it comes to solving these problems, when I told them about the vandalism to my car, they quickly changed the subject. don't move in here sure the rents good but you pay the price.
