Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

ONe staff memeber CHike was rude. every time I called he had an attitude and something smart to say. They tried to charge me for pet feces and I did not have any pets. You can hear everything thru the walls and my apartment smelt like i was a smoker but I dont smoke. When I complained they did not want to do anything about it. Water turned brown all the time. They raised the rent and did not make any changes. Maintenence took forever to fix anything and then reported that there was nothing wrong. Location was the only good thing.
