Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

Dont even look here unless you are into the ghetto atmosphere. We have been here since June 1, 2007 & have been trying to get out of here since July 2007. THAT BAD. Nothing works. NOTHING. and when we complain they say it will be fixed by this time.. NOTHING. The maintance men are like children. they will argue with you. they get pissy when you need them for 24 hr service (my dishwasher has flooded the kitchen 4 times. and i live on the 2nd floor) We even got a new maint. man who showed up cause our toilet was leaking on the ppl below & he had a whole BINDER of just our work orders. still nothing has been done. hell my stove only has 3 burners that work &^ the fridge leaks & cause it to freeze in the bottom. The only thing nice is the location. easy to get to work. but its pretty bad when i am scared to walk to my car at night. WHICH has also been damaged. someone even threw a whole open can of beer in my front seat. Maint. Lies, Managment Lies.. they all lie. and they are all lazy. hopefully we will be out of here soon. into a better place with btr ppl & sorundings. I wouldnt reccommend ANYONE LIVE HERE> CRAP HOLE. did i mention that there is a ton of ppl always smoking..drinking & dealing drugs right out side your door and no one sees anything wrong with it.. dont waste your money. cause it would be waste! need any proof, email me, i have a tons of pics! LOL
