Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

I moved into this complex in April and have hating it ever since. There have been some issues in my apartment that havent been resolved since we moved in (yes even 7 months later). They shut the water off in our complex at least 2 times a month and can not tell us when it will be turned back on. I think the longest time was 2 days without running water. But they think its ok that they will offer you a shower in the model apartment. Also, the model apartment is not exactly be what your moving into. The model had more closets and the laundry room was bigger. The floors creak CONSTANTLY. We know where the people above us are at at all times. People with pets do not pick up after their animals and it doesnt look like the management cares. And its WAY over priced. Only thing good about it is the location.
