Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

I have been here since Jan of 2008 and have wanted to move ever since! I thought being in the middle of St. Matts would be a good idea and quiet. Think again! The floors creak constantly, they turn the water off whenever they want too. Oh and their garbage system has garbage piled high almost to the street. If you are a druggie this is the place for you! I was walking up to my apartment with my 2 yr old and there are three people standing right next to the stairs where everyone has to pass and they are smoking a blunt!!! Then there are drug deals constantly when you look out your window. I am trying to get out of my lease but these people have turned this place into a complete dump! One night we were standing on our balcony and looked over and saw a guy snork a line in his bedroom! I wont even go to my car alone when its dark. Stay away! Worst place ever to live!
