Apartment Review for Creekside At St Matthews - Louisville, KY

This apartment complex was a nightmare from the beginning! My patio floods everytime it rains, when we had the ice storm my laundry room started flooding, the water in one of the bathrooms leaks continously, the upper management are assholes. When you put in a mainetance work order it takes days to even get someone out, when they show up either it is hours after your schedule appointment time, they don't complete all the work, or they are very very rude. The breezeway and laundry room outside the apartments are flithy and the cleaning crew is never working! If you like to see photos and video footage respond to this posting. This is a very old old apartment complex and is falling down day by day! We are moving immediatley! But if dare to live in these "LUXURY" apartments ENJOY!!!
