Apartment Review for Cumberland Apartments - Louisville, KY

Lived here for a year as my first apartment. The first half of my year was ok-but midway through my lease I experienced 4-5 separate occasions where my heat went out and by the end of my time at Cumberland, I had mice. I was on the second floor and I had mice running across my coffee table... and I was forced to put traps down myself. It was crazy! It was cheap-but I'd rather pay more than to deal with that place again!
