Apartment Review for Eastridge Apartments - Louisville, KY

The location is good and the parking is pretty good. It will take at least a week for the maintenance people to fix anything. Management has allowed cars to sit in the parking lot for 9 months after the owner moved out. They did put new carpet and cabinets and doors in before we moved, however, the apartment was not finished when we moved in (It was 2 weeks after we moved in before we had doors on our closets and kitchen cabinets, and then they weren't installed correctly). Susan and Rose are nice, but really do not seem too concerned to fix problems or address your concerns. Isn't the worst place, but definitely needs improvement.
