Apartment Review for Hallmark Apartments - Louisville, KY

I read some of the review and the appearance of the apartments are great and for the price and area of town you can't beat it! but resident manager needs to retire she is horrible I had the worst experience ever instead of a landlord she was trying to be a nosey grandmother, I feel like she watched every move I made even though I was never there and always paid my rent on time. I had the same issue with them not prorating as well even though I was month to month and never was I asked to sign another lease as well as who even owns the place??? I was told the previous owner no longer was the owner but yet his car was always over there and when something was broke he came.. I suggest this apartment to older people unless you want an old lady stalker constantly staring out her blinds!
