Lived there for two years and got robbed, my car vandalized, junkies sleeping in a hall, roaches, dirt, elevator from hell, stolen mail, prostitutes, drugs everywhere, noise, fights... Management - slam landlords. Hampton Hell would be better name for it, and only if you want to feel like a loser and pay for that $250, go for it. The only worst thing - being homeless.  Need to rent an apartment?
