Horrible!!!

My brother and his family live there and I do not know why! They are given letters to turn off their a/c when they are not home and to also run it not so low because it will break the a/c unit. A recent earthquake caused cracks and structual damage. I am sure someone will wise up, and sue the owners.  Need to rent an apartment?
