Apartment Review for Imperial House - Louisville, KY

i have lived here for two years and totally agree with anonomous 5/22/07. anyone can follow you in here-gate stays open for about 2minutes. imperial house had a broken garbage refuse for a week,couldn't throw garbage down shoot. residents were told to bring trash to basement for maintenance to dispose of. they left everybodys garbage there for a week. that weekend maggots were coming out of drains! the landlord sent every body a letter demanding to inspect everyones apartment for insects we caused! how nice to get blamed for their neglect. tenants were furious. security does not escort you anywhere. the front doors is ragady and many keys have broken off. off course you have to pay for it. On my floor people are always calling police on residents who fight so bad the roof may cave in. police know about it but never do anything. youll have to report it to the office for about a year for anything to happen. i hope you never need sleep. incase you live on top floor forget it.walls are super thin. don't ever have a christmas package its real inconsiderate when they may close off days before cmas without telling people about it. o well i guess you'll have to wait to dec 26.
