Apartment Review for Iroquois Garden Apartments - Louisville, KY

Iroquois Gardens apartments are located in a good area. The park is nice if you have kids are enjoying working out you can go over to the park for a jog or let the kids play. After that it is not much left. The unit I lived in was horrible, sometimes it had electricity sometimes it did not, I was with air conditioning for about a month, had to move my son's birthday party the day of the party because the stove went out. I had a delivery stolen by the apartment manager who signed for the package then for whatever reason could not find it so in turn told me to report it stolen to UPS. You are not guaranteed hot water, all the time because it may or may not work.. So for the price of 599.00 or even 555.00 a month move to a dependable location and just drive to the park because these apartments are not worth much more than 450.00 a month.
