Apartment Review for Jamestown Of St. Matthews - Louisville, KY

I have lived here almost a year and its horrible! The pool is never open when it is supposed to be and their excuse is their lifeguards are not doing their job. They showed us the unit we would be living in then changed it at the last minute to a dump after we signed the lease. The office will open at 10am then they will take a long lunch break at 1030am. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They add charges to your rent that cannot be explained. They will put notices in your door dated days ahead to make it look like you never responded. They are sneaky and unprofessional. You will be making a huge mistake if you live here!!!!!!!!!
