Apartment Review for Kingswood Apartments - Louisville, KY

I have lived in Kingswood for four years, in two different units, and would recommend it heartily. It's not a brand-new complex with all the latest decor and amenities. However, Kingswood is a great value for the size of the units and the area of town. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and stable. The only maintenance delay we have experienced was in replacing part of a window frame, and the staff let us know why there was a delay. The complex is quiet; the only noise is when children are playing outside. If you want a fancy apartment with lots of amenities - and are willing to pay for it - Kingswood is not it. But if you want a clean, quiet apartment at a good value, in a good part of town, Kingswood is worth considering.
