Apartment Review for Lafontenay Apartments - Louisville, KY

Rent is very high for what you get, the gas and water are community so it's divided up between the buildings. If there are more people living in one apartment then you will pay more on your water and gas than if there was the normal amount of people or even if you hardly used gas or water at all. Repairs are done poorly if at all if you keep informing them of the problem, hot water is on a boiler system and yet there appears to be no hot water in the morning or the evening only in the middle of the day. You have to fight for parking due to certain apartments here having 4+ vehicles. It is pretty quiet and while there is no security I feel safe. We will not be renewing our lease and are looking for something better.
