Apartment Review for Lafontenay Apartments - Louisville, KY

Kitchen looks like it has 20 coats of paint on the cabinets. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms falling apart. Maintenance will come out if you call 5 times. Then they either tear up something else or don't fix it right. They have an indoor pool, but half the time it's closed. Lifeguard is a flake. When he shows up, he spends his time reading a book and not watching the pool. Water drains from the top of the 2-story building to a puddle right outside my window. When it rains it sounds like someone is peeing from the roof into a giant toilet. I've looked around and this is the way drainage is all over the complex. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
