Apartment Review for Lafontenay Apartments - Louisville, KY

I would first like to start out by saying I love living at LaFonteay. No, it is not perfect but no property is. I have been here for 3 years and the office and maintenance staff have been nothing but helpful and appreciative for me living here. I do have maintenance requests but the place was built in the 70's, that is going to happen. Maintenance has been behind a little bit but they always catch up. It seems to me after reading these other reviews that some people are just rude, not understanding, and just need something to complain about. Again i have lived here a long time and have rarely been disappointed. Thank you Joanna, Becky, Steve, Chuck, Troy, and William for all you do to make my apartment a home.
