Apartment Review for Lofts Of Broadway - Louisville, KY

If you desire a unique and stylish loft apartment; you should take a look at The Lofts on Broadway. I needed to find a place quickly and management was very helpful in getting me in with no delay. I have a corner unit with many large windows and original wood flooring. The lofts are very convenient for me because of the access to the interstate and the downtown nightlife. If you are looking for an apartment within walking distance to U of L/Hospital, the lofts are a good option. I was concerned about safety when I first moved in, just because it’s a downtown location, but it was clear to me after my first few days here that it was very safe. The owners have placed camera’s, that you are able to access on your television, at various locations inside and out of the building for better awareness. I have a parking space inside the courtyard; parking in a garaged area is available for more of a fee, but I would definitely recommend the paid parking for as low as $10 a month. I have to say, I read some of the reviews about the lofts before moving in and took it under advisement; but I didn’t let that sway my overall impression once meeting and working with Melissa at Broadway Mgmt Grp. The office staff is very helpful and responds quickly to any requests. As a whole, the lofts have been a wonderful place to live and I would recommend this complex to anyone.
