The apartments here are poorly insulated; resulting in outrageous electric bills. There is an insect and roach problem here and doesn't seem controllable. Poor maintenance of the apartments. The Rents are grossly high for a 20 year old property that continues to decline in value. I do not recommend these apartments. I was miserable when I lived there.  Need to rent an apartment?
