Apartment Review for Parkview Apartments - Louisville, KY

Awesome location near Bardstown Rd. Very unique apartments. Appliances are worn. A/C barely works. Worst are the $150 gas bills in the winter just to keep the place at 64 degrees. There isnt any insulation and the windows are very leakey. When things break they generally come to fix them and the landlord lives in the building so it's not a problem to reach him. You're paying for the address. The parking isnt all that bad for living in the city.
